1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Cancellation requests must be made by contacting [support email / customer care number].
- Once the product has been dispatched or installed, cancellation will not be permitted.
1.2 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility (As per Consumer Protection Act, 2019)
Due to the nature of electronic and smart security products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is defective or non-functional
- Product is physically damaged at the time of delivery
- Product received is incorrect or materially different from what was ordered
- Product is missing essential accessories
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery, as per standard e-commerce practices in India.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law:
- Products that have been installed, configured, activated, or used
- Products with tampered seals, altered serial numbers, or damaged packaging
- Products damaged due to voltage fluctuations, improper wiring, or third-party installation
- Software, licenses, subscriptions, and digital products
- Customized or made-to-order products
4. Inspection & Verification
- All return requests are subject to verification and inspection by our technical team.
- We may request photos or videos to validate the issue before approving a return.
- If the product is found to be working as intended, the return request may be rejected.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).
- Shipping charges, installation fees, and service charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Replacement Policy
- Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) or have a manufacturing defect may be eligible for replacement.
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is not available, a refund or equivalent product may be offered.
7. Warranty & After-Sales Support
- All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Physical or water damage
- Improper installation or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- For warranty claims beyond the return period, customers must contact the authorized service center or our support team.
8. Installation Disclaimer
- Refunds or returns will not be provided for issues arising from improper installation, third-party installers, or incompatible infrastructure.
- Customers are advised to use qualified technicians for installation of smart locks, CCTV systems, and video door phones.
9. Consumer Rights & Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we provide a grievance redressal mechanism.

10. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time in compliance with Indian laws. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
11. GST & Tax Refund Clause (India)
- All product prices displayed on [Company Name] are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
- In the event of a valid cancellation, return, or refund, the GST component will be refunded proportionately, in accordance with the provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017 and related rules.
- GST will be refunded only if the corresponding invoice has not been utilized for input tax credit (ITC) by the customer.
- If the customer has already claimed ITC on the invoice, the refund will be processed excluding the GST amount, and the customer shall be responsible for reversing the claimed ITC with the appropriate tax authorities.
- Refunds will be issued against the original tax invoice, and a credit note will be generated as per GST regulations.
- For partial returns, GST will be refunded only for the returned items.
- GST charged on shipping, installation, or service fees will not be refunded unless the entire order is cancelled or the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- No cash or alternative tax adjustment will be provided in place of a GST refund.
